Returns & Exchanges

At Billy Reid, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund or exchange is issued.
